Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how to ask, what gets deleted, and what we are required to keep.

01How to request deletion

Send us a request through any of these channels, from the phone number or email you used with us: - Email: info@elitetouch.qa with the subject "Delete my data". - WhatsApp or phone: +974 7715 1544.

Tell us the name and phone number your bookings were made under so we can find your records.

02What we delete

  • Your contact profile: name, company, phone, WhatsApp, email, and addresses.
  • Your request history, inspection reports, notes, and photos.
  • Your messages with us, including assistant chat history.
  • Your tracker and portal access links, which stop working immediately.

03What we must keep

Qatari law requires us to keep issued financial documents — invoices, receipts, and signed agreements — for the statutory retention period. These are kept in a restricted archive, no longer linked to an active profile, and deleted when the period ends.

04Timeline

We confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation message when it is done.
