• Contact details: your name, company name (when you book as a business), phone, WhatsApp number, and email.
• Request details: the service you need, property type, address or landmark, an optional map pin, notes, and photos you share.
• Job records: inspection reports, quotes, agreements, invoices, payments, and feedback you give us.
• Messages: what you send us through the site, the assistant chat, email, or WhatsApp.
• Basic usage events on our site, used only to improve it. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

We use your information to schedule inspection visits, prepare quotes and agreements, deliver and invoice the work, and keep you updated — booking confirmations, quotes, invoices, payment receipts, reminders, and feedback requests — by email or WhatsApp.

We never sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

When you message us on WhatsApp or choose to receive updates there, your messages are processed by Meta Platforms through the WhatsApp Business Platform under Meta's own terms and privacy policy. We use your WhatsApp number only for the requests and services you discuss with us.

A small set of service providers process data on our behalf: website hosting (Vercel), database and file storage (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), and WhatsApp messaging (Meta Platforms). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We keep job records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations in Qatar. Issued financial documents (quotes, invoices, receipts) are kept as required by law. Everything else is deleted on request — see Your rights below.

Your data lives in access-controlled systems. Staff access is role-based — field crews, for example, never see pricing or financial records. Files such as photos and signatures are stored privately and shared only through expiring links.

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@elitetouch.qa or message us on WhatsApp at +974 7715 1544. We confirm requests within 7 days and complete them within 30 days. See our Data Deletion page for exactly how deletion works.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
